In 2005 I hit my breaking point. One afternoon, desperate and angry, I swept everything off my desk, dropped to my knees, and sobbed, 'Something is wrong with me.' I was exhausted from trying to fix Mike and fighting for my relationship, and feeling completely alone.

  • Are we biblically based?

    • Yes—everything we do is 100% biblically based. We don’t teach opinions or trends—we teach the Word of God. We believe the Bible is the ultimate authority, and Jesus is the only way to true healing and transformation.

    • Our entire mission is rooted in the belief that anyone’s life—and marriage—can be radically changed by the power of God’s truth, love, and grace.

  • Are the calls on Zoom? And what time are the weekly Zooms?

    • Yes, we use Zoom so we can see you and build connection. All you need is a computer or phone.

    • You will want to have a journal and pen because you’ll probably take lots of notes.

    • Our live coaching calls are held every Thursday at 10:00AM PST (AZ GMT TIME). 11am MTN. 12pm CST and 1pm EST. or wherever you may be in the world.

    • What if the Zoom time doesn’t work for me?

    • I totally get it — life is full, especially for wives and moms juggling so much.

    • No, we are not licensed counselors or therapists. We are faith-based coaches. Our approach is rooted in biblical truth, not clinical therapy.

    • We walk alongside women, wives and couples to help them apply God's Word to their real-life struggles—especially in marriage. While therapy focuses on mental health diagnosis and treatment, our focus is spiritual and practical transformation through Jesus Christ.

  • What if my husband wants help too?
