  • What’s the weekly time commitment I should expect to carve out for this?Here’s it’s broken down…

    • About 2 hours per week (max) during. I designed this program so no matter how busy you are, this is easily manageable. Most of my clients are career professionals, business owners, dads and they have a lot on their plate already, so I designed this structure for every guy.

    • Weekly live coaching Zooms: 1 hour (once a week).

    • 1:1’s (60’s mins) you schedule when is best for you and you get one session per month as part of your membership.

    • Training content and videos (pre-recorded in your mobile app and desktop portal): 1-2 hours (per week). And remember, you’ll have lifetime access to all your video content.

    • The weekly coaching Zooms are recorded so even if you must jump off early or miss one, don’t worry you’ll be able to access the recording later.

  • About 2 hours per week (max) during. I designed this program so no matter how busy you are, this is easily manageable. Most of my clients are career professionals, business owners, dads and they have a lot on their plate already, so I designed this structure for every guy.

    • Are the calls on Zoom? And what time are the weekly Zooms?

      • No, I'm not licensed counselor or therapist. I am a faith-based coach. My approach is rooted in biblical truth, not clinical therapy.

      • I walk alongside men to help them apply God's Word to their real-life struggles—especially in marriage. While therapy focuses on mental health diagnosis and treatment, my focus is spiritual and practical transformation through Jesus Christ.
